Infrared Sauna Rates

It is very important that you do a minimum of two colonics, the second within 72 hours of the first.

Two colonic sessions (back to back) every 4-5 weeks.

A 60 min massage is great if you only have an hour to spare (for example, your lunch hour) and need specific work done on particularly stressed areas.

Allows me to take more time and work out knots, adhesions, and focus on trigger points.

• The sauna is heated to 130º prior to your arrival.
• You will receive towels.
• Your session will start with 10 minutes of warmup.
• Once sweating has begun, then 20-30 minutes is recommended.
• During your session in the sauna, you will be exposed to infrared energy in the frequency of 8-12 microns--the optimal frequency for your body.
• Showering is required before and after your session. The shower facilites are located in the private suite with the sauna.
